Apprentice - Aircraft Maintenance Technician
This position is a starting point for a career path that will lead you toward your FAA Issued Airframe and Power Plant license. The Aircraft Maintenance Technician Apprentice position is a 30-36 month apprenticeship. Responsibilities include and are not limited to assisting with aircraft maintenance, inspections, and aircraft avionics duties. BAC will provide all training for this position.



Avionics Technician
Installs, tests, troubleshoots, repairs, removes and replaces aircraft instrument and avionics components and/or systems installed in various aircraft airframes using hand tools, ground support equipment, test equipment, and technical documents in accordance with manufacturers specification and Federal Aviation Administration regulations.



Avionics Apprentice
Under guidance and supervision, this individual will utilize his/her knowledge and skills of electronics to preform installations, tests, troubleshoots, repairs, remove and replace aircraft instruments and avionics components and/or systems installed in various aircraft airframes using hand tools, ground support equipment, test equipment, and technical documents in accordance with manufacturers specification and Federal Aviation Administration regulations. This position opens the door for internal career advancement opportunities.



Certified Flight Instructor
This position provides flight instruction to private pilot students and ensures that each student has a professional learning experience. This position is primarily focused for the summer of 2023 and other part-time flying opportunities that exist. If career advancement is of interest to you, previous CFI’s in this position have recently progressed to flying light twin, turbine and jet aircraft in our market.



Aircraft Refueling Tech- Night Shift
This position’s primary responsibility providing FBO customer service that exceeds customer and company expectations. Other responsibilities include and are not limited to, fueling aircraft, facilities maintenance, grounds keeping, facilities housekeeping, and equipment maintenance.



A&P Maintenance Technician
Join a team of aviation professionals in a working environment that was named one of the 50 best placed to work for 4 straight years in a row! Coordinates maintenance activities to include; trouble-shooting, repairs, overhauling, modifications, operational checks, routine servicing, parts ordering, perform inspections, and completes documentation on assigned aircraft. Candidate must maintain workstation in compliance with safety, fire and security requirements, while performing miscellaneous duties as assigned. All responsibilities and tasks must be completed in accordance with manufacturers’ specification and Federal Aviation Administration regulations.



Part Time Flightline (Aircraft Fueling) Technician
This position’s primary responsibility providing FBO customer service that exceeds customer and company expectations.
