They upgraded the avionics in my Piper Arrow, the workmanship was flawless, it was done in a very reasonable time frame, with zero problems. They hangar my plane, when i want to go flying, they have it fueled and ready for me when I need it ready. The maintenance and avionics staff is awesome, the FBO staff is awesome, the line people are awesome... Bismarck Aero Cneter is the very definition of customer service done right!! I can't imagine another FBO anywhere that does is as good as these folks!"

My wife and I stopped overnight at Bismarck Aero Center on the way back from Oshkosh. The staff is always friendly and helpful. On this last trip we had two airplanes and my wife's Skyhawk failed to start the next morning. Howard Burns from Bismarck Aero Center got the Skyhawk in front of the maintenance shop and found the problem in a few minutes. It turned out to be the starter relay. Howard got it going by tapping on it and advised that they could either install a new one now or we could deal with it when we got home. We were anxious to be on our way while the air was still cool so we departed shortly. Somehow we all forgot to reinstall the battery box cover. It arrived home courtesy of Bismarck Aero Center, no change for the shipping or the service we received. We should all frequent such good FBOs more often.

We stopped at Bismarck Aero Center on June 18, 2016. We had radioed ahead for a quick turn for our Medevac Lear 35. Requests were, GPU, Fire Dept, Top Off Jet A. The service was fantastic!! In and out in 20 minutes. Looking forward to a longer visit with these nice folks soon.

The entire crew at the Aero Center was great! We had some ice issue prior to our morning departure, the line crew, as well as Linda at the counter, gave us excellent service with our King Air. We will come back to visit them again! Thank you for all you did. N89WA.

The lead flight instructor is absolutely amazing! I highly recommend him and can't say enough good about him. Our family took a 2 and 5 year old on a Bismarck sight seeing flight today and he was great with them, accommodating, and made it fun for all. I highly suggest the lead flight instructor and the Aero Center!

I would highly recommend the lead flight instructor and the Bismarck Aero Center to anyone looking for private pilot lessons. Ray has been very accommodating to me with my busy work schedule. They have very well maintained aircraft and even helped me when I purchased my own plane. The lead flight instructor is a very knowledgeable and skilled instructor. He will make sure you know and understand how to fly.

Bismarck Aero Center is fantastic and the lead flight instructor is the best. I've been working on getting my private pilot's license and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience so far. They are professional and knowledgeable, and the environment is great. The lead flight instructor is a superb instructor - he puts safety first and also tailors the lessons to my individual knowledge and comfort level while encouraging me to do my best. Everyone at BAC was very professional and knowledgeable. I took flight lessons with a flight instructor who is very competent and skilled. He was always available to answer my questions and to giv me a lesson even during non-business hours. I live 2hrs away so my schedule was limited. He always was willing to come in and give me a lesson. Great place, great people.
