Notes: We are the fourth owner of this airplane. We purchased the plane from Glenn and Roger Nelson in Amenia, ND in September 2007. The Nelsons’ purchased the plane from Wilmot Wagner of Kingman, AZ in early 1998. Records indicate that the Wagners’ purchased the plane in the late 70’s.
The logbooks for this aircraft were misplaced by Mr. Wagner during a move in the mid 90’s. The logbooks are current from April 1996. In 1997, Mr. Wagner asked for and received all of the major and minor invoice copies for all work performed on the aircraft beginning in the mid 70’s. All of these invoices are available and document all of the above information plus many not mentioned. Mr. Wagner also had Air’Zona Aircraft Services of Kingman, AZ perform a complete recap of all AD’s for the history of the plane.
In September 2007, a very, very thorough pre-buy and complete annual was performed by Fargo Jet Center in Fargo, ND. The aircraft was also brought up to date with its’ IFR certification at that time. The September 2008 annual was completed by Jim’s Aircraft Service located in Riverton, WY.
This plane has always been hangered and has been meticulously maintained by us. We have flown the plane over 150 hours in the past year. During 2008 we have replaced an alternator, a vacuum pump, exhaust system, two remanufactured cylinders, and tires. A list of maintenance items addressed by us during that time, in addition to the items addressed at the annuals, is documented in the logbooks. As you will notice from pictures available, this plane has no leaks and does not burn oil.
We believe the plane to be in very good mechanical condition and ready to fly versus a plane that has not been flown much in several years.
